The room was massive, but the bathroom was bad and not up to standard.

The stay was highlighted by exceptional service, especially from the reception staff who promptly handled our requests. The sandy beach access made it easy to explore the stunning coral reef, and the availability of diving equipment was a great bonus. the nightly entertainment was underwhelming and lacked variety, while the food, although decent, could use more diversity to enhance the dining experience. Cleanliness was generally maintained, but some of the towels felt rather worn out, affecting comfort.

During my stay, I appreciated the spacious rooms and the helpful staff, particularly Mr Ahmed, who assisted with arrangements effortlessly. The dining options provided a variety of meals, although I'd have loved a bit more diversity in snacks. a pleasant experience at Island View amidst minor concerns.

And the pools were well-maintained, always clean and inviting. The location is perfect for easy access to both a lively shopping area and a stunning beach with impressive coral reefs. Plus, the staff were super attentive.

The resort is conveniently situated just a short walk from soho square, where we enjoyed some lively nightlife and dining experiences, making it easy to stroll and explore the local area. plus, the stunning shark bay is only about a 20-minute drive away, allowing us to take in some incredible views and discover beautiful beaches.

The air conditioning in the room was ineffective, making our stay uncomfortable.

The resort has a nice selection of pools, some of which are perfect for families, while others provide a quieter atmosphere for relaxation. The location right on the beachfront is a plus, especially with a jetty to reach the coral reef for snorkeling and diving, making it easy to explore the vibrant marine life just offshore.

Unfortunately, the accommodations felt quite dated, with poorly functioning air conditioning and inadequate lighting in the rooms. the food was often lukewarm and lacked variety, making dining less than enjoyable. The lack of efficient transportation around the resort was frustrating. it took multiple calls and patience to await the golf carts, which were limited and slow to respond. Plus, the beach towels felt questionable regarding their freshness.
